Delete your Stross account
You can delete your account at any time, directly from within the Stross app — no need to contact us or use this page.
How to delete in-app
- Log in to the Stross app.
- Open Profile.
- Tap Account settings → open it.
- Tap Delete account permanently and follow the prompts.
What gets deleted
Your account, profile, personal details, messages, photos, and associated personal data are permanently removed. This can't be undone.
What may be retained
Transaction and invoice records may be retained for a limited period to meet UK legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and are then deleted.
